Model railroad layouts for the Int. Modellbahn-Ausstellung Friedrichshafen 2026 wanted !

For our fair Int. Model Railway Exhibition Friedrichshafen from Oct. 30. – 01. Nov. 2026 we are looking for beautifully designed, detailed model railroad layouts in all gauges.

We look forward to receiving a meaningful application from your club/association with a model railroad layout. To apply, please fill out our online application below and upload pictures of the facility, sketches of possible setups, and a facility description.

• If required, arrangement and assumption of costs for a rental vehicle (only within Germany)
• Payment of gasoline costs to and from the trade fair
• Club subsidy depending on the quality and size of the facility
• If needed, accommodation of the participants in a double room in a middle class hotel (no accommodation in single room possible!)

Application for the Int. Modellbahn-Ausstellung Friedrichshafen is possible until June 15, 2026!

After successful application you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail! Your application is only valid once you have received confirmation of receipt by e-mail!

The layouts will then be selected and you will be informed by the end of July 2026 whether we will be exhibiting your model railroad layout at the Int. model railroad exhibition in Friedrichshafen.
